This relaxing practice invites us to deepen our relationship with nature on a slow, mindful walk with simple invitations to quiet the busy mind, awaken the senses and imaginations, and enjoy connecting closely with a small area of this beautiful park. Join Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Jane Scanlon, with Above the Clouds Forest Bathing for this relaxing 1- mile wander, closing with a tea ceremony using local plants with known health benefits.
