Dr. Reinhard “Bud” Wobus, a retired geology professor for 55 years at Williams College and the Edna McConnell Clark Professor of Geology, Emeritus in MA, will present a virtual seminar for the Friends of the Fossil Beds on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 10 AM MST. Dr. Wobus will be introduced by Dr. Herb Meyer, the paleontologist at the Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument.
The seminar is entitled “The Big Flat, Colorado’s Subalpine Erosion Surface in the Southern Front range: What’s Beneath, What’s Above and What Has Changed?”.
